+ The location is simply amazing. Can't really see how you'd get a better view of Mont Blanc massif. For the price a very decent hotel. Food in restaurant really good, great servings. Breakfast choice (although €15) pretty good. Staff very helpful, spa a blessing after a 10000ft mountain! Le Bettex itself is lovely, few choices to eat at, amazing all around views and cable car up and down to Saint Gervais Les Bains. Great choice to stay.
– A little bit expensive for meals but you'd expect that given the location. Some may find the 10-15 mins drive to civilisation, around very winding roads, difficult. Just be aware.
+ The views are to die for!! Eating breakfast or lunch on the terrace with the view of Mont Blanc is pure fab. So relaxing we always took more time than we needed because you can just never tire of that view!! Time just passes you by!
– Think it was the most expensive beer I've ever drunk. Pricier than even Moscow which is some achievement!! Appearance of parts of the hotel was a bit tired, especially the balconies.
